Aerospike is seeking a People Ops Manager to enhance the full employee lifecycle, focusing on employee experience, operational excellence, and culture. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and involves collaborating with the People team to implement programs and systems that support scalable growth.Aerospike is the uncontested leader in next-generation, always-on, hyperscale data solutions.
Responsibilities: - Own and optimize People Operations processes.
- Evaluate and improve HRIS and People systems.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and third parties for payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Assess and manage benefits providers.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation.
- Develop and analyze a People team dashboard.
- Contribute to strategic People projects.
Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of People Operations experience.
- Experience with Employment of Record (EOR) providers.
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
