GitLab is seeking an Ecosystem Sales Manager to focus on the Netherlands and Nordics region. This role is crucial for recruiting and building relationships with partners to expand GitLab's market presence. The Ecosystem Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional leadership to integrate partners throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Leads major ecosystem partner initiatives and develops long-term strategic plans for ecosystem partner growth.
- Coordinates with GitLab team members to meet sales targets and ecosystem sales objectives.
- Builds and maintains relationships with the GitLab field sales organization.
- Works closely with System Integrators, Solution providers, Managed Services Partners, and Hyperscalers (AWS & Google).
- Designs and executes joint business plans with partners.
- Identifies and supports regional-specific demand generation activities with strategic partners.
- Contributes to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and participates in annual planning.
- Provides cloud-related weekly forecasts and prepares presentations and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience selling software development tools and/or application lifecycle management solutions via strategic partnerships.
- 5+ years in same or similar fields
- Strong network across the partner ecosystem in Netherlands and Nordics
- Expertise of Partner Ecosystems in the Netherlands and Nordics region and the Cloud market
- Experience selling open source solutions and with B2B sales.
- Language Proficiency: Dutch or Swedish
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Established personal network within the industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
