Job Description
Workato is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their expanding sales team in Singapore. This role involves remotely managing a diverse territory and contributing to a startup environment. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for uncovering and developing new opportunities through outbound activities, building a strong sales pipeline to meet targets. They will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Role involves:
  • Setting up meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team on campaigns.
  • Refining strategy for targeted territories/segments with the Sales Team.
  • Consulting existing customers to understand their use of Workato.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and email.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Fresh graduates may apply).
  • Some technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of business applications (Google Apps, Outreach, Zoom info, Slack, SFDC).
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
