Job Description
WellPower is seeking a full-time Masters or Licensed Clinician to work at their Behavioral Health Solutions Center. The Solutions Center is a 24/7 crisis facility serving individuals in contact with first responders. The clinician will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, working within a clinical team environment to support their recovery. Role Involves:
- Providing psychological evaluations and problem identification.
- Conducting crisis interventions and individual, group, and/or family therapy.
- Providing case management services to clients.
- Developing treatment plans and monitoring treatment progress.
- Coordinating client's use of WellPower programs and community resources.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Performing mental health hold evaluations.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field.
- Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.
- Minimum of one year experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill population.
