C6 Bank is seeking a Tech Lead to join its Technology area in São Paulo, Brazil. The Technology area is responsible for developing innovative products and solutions for the banking sector, always seeking to use the cutting-edge technologies employed in the market. It is also directly related to solutions that promote greater ease, agility, and security for the bank's customers.

The Tech Lead will act as a technical reference for the team, guiding and directing other members. He/She will work in partnership with the team coordinator for the career development of the team and define the medium and long-term strategy for the platforms for which he/she is responsible.

Role Involves:

• Preparing documentations like ADR (Architectural Decision Record) and HLD (High-Level Design).
• Ensuring strategic alignment with partner teams (architecture, security, networks, product).
• Understanding the demands of various areas of the bank and connecting with internal actions.
• Supporting PO/PM in demand management and prioritization.
• Supporting PO/PM in the management and scheduling of projects (scope, deadlines, phased deliveries, etc.).
• Researching new technologies, paradigms, and approaches to create solutions.
• Identifying critical technical impediments and assisting in their treatment.
• Providing technical mentoring to other team members.
• Providing feedback to employees of the squads with which he/she works.

Requirements:

• Solid vision of systems architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform or Ansible.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS.
• Advanced knowledge of Git (Bitbucket or GitHub).
• Advanced knowledge with Java/Kotlin.
• Intermediate knowledge of API Gateway.
• Desirable knowledge of any of the following languages: Python, Javascript, Go or Ruby.
• Notions of infrastructure cost management (FinOps).
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem analysis.
• Desirable previous experience as a tech lead.
• Ability to propose solutions, lead projects and identify opportunities.
• Ability to understand requirements, negotiate and communicate with demanding areas and other teams.
