Job Description
Visier is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Vancouver, BC. Visier provides organizations with a Workforce AI Edge, offering AI-powered capabilities to help leaders understand the relationship between people and work. The company is the global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions.This role involves creatively identifying new opportunities through prospecting and territory development, working in partnership with Account Executives. The role offers a hybrid work environment, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Visier's Yaletown space provides access to a gym, happy hours, and in-office events.Responsibilities:
  • Working directly with AE partners to jointly develop your assigned territory
  • Outbound lead/opportunity generation and nurturing activities
  • Engaging in value-based conversations with business and IT executives
  • Executing against proven sales processes to generate interest and new sales opportunities
  • Managing the early stages of the sales process, including qualification
  • Mapping prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
  • Leveraging CRM/Sales tools to create, manage, and strategically align early stage opportunities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Inside Sales
  • Proven success in generating high-quality opportunities
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and keenness to learn
  • Ability to take initiative and maintain a high level of organization
  • A desire to win through team sales and revenue generation
