Job Description
Zip is seeking a Senior Account Manager to cultivate its largest enterprise merchant relationships, focusing on strategic account development and performance optimization. The Senior Account Manager will act as a partner to clients, increasing their sales and expanding their market share by optimizing checkout performance through Zip's BNPL technology. They will also contribute to Zip's growth strategy by understanding merchant goals and conveying insights that influence product innovation.
Role involves:
- Developing relationships with key decision makers.
- Cross selling solutions.
- Crafting tailored solutions for merchants.
- Structuring marketing campaigns.
- Running effective Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Managing the renewal process for long-term contracts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management.
- Experience working with complex enterprise solutions in the financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology sectors.
- A track record of managing large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven history of successful upselling and cross-selling.
- Proven consultative sales skills with a multi-year history of exceeding performance targets.
