Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Manager of Global Channel Marketing for a fixed-term contract in Bucharest, Romania. Veeam is the #1 global market leader in data resilience, providing data backup, recovery, portability, security, and intelligence to over 550,000 customers worldwide. The Manager will oversee the Veeam Marketing Center, a through-partner marketing automation platform, and lead the Veeam Marketing Concierge team, assisting partners in achieving their campaign goals. They will also act as a liaison with regional marketing teams to engage partners in the utilization of the marketing automation platform.
Role involves:
- Overseeing through-partner marketing automation.
- Managing content and localization processes.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Setting up quarterly objectives and monitoring progress.
- Building a positive and goal-oriented team environment.
- Developing and monitoring individual development plans.
- Maintaining and refining the Tableau KPI Dashboard.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (channel marketing preferred).
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Experience in liaising with external suppliers or partners.
- Familiarity with analyzing marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to operate project management tools and CRM systems.
