Job Description
Later is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance their clients' brand presence. The Social Media Manager will focus on content creation and community engagement, ensuring a strong and dynamic presence on social media platforms. This role involves monitoring trends, executing social-first content, and engaging with the community in brand voice.
  • Own and execute social-first content across platforms (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Concept and ideate creatively against a brief
  • Lead and execute social media shoots
  • Engage and grow community by responding in brand voice(s)
  • Partner with internal influencer teams to create seamless campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas
  • 2-3 years experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role
  • Proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand
  • Excellent content creation skills
  • Comfortable digging into performance data and analysis
  • A natural desire to be active on social media
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
