Later is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to enhance their clients' brand presence on social media. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social media trends and possesses a strong ability to create engaging content and foster community interaction.
Role Involves:
- Monitoring social media trends and engaging in real-time responses.
- Creating social-first content across various platforms (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts).
- Leading and executing social media shoots from pre-production to post-production.
- Engaging and growing the online community by responding in brand voice and building relationships.
- Partnering with internal influencer teams to integrate social and influencer strategies.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to produce innovative content ideas.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a social media presence for a B2C brand.
- Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills.
- Comfort with performance data analysis and strategy adjustment.
- Active engagement in social media trends.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
