Lead UX Designer

Kunai is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join their team in New York. The Lead UX Designer will be at the forefront of building the business and bringing tools to market. Kunai is passionate about advocating for user needs and delivering world-class products that redefine customers’ day-to-day activities. • Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams.
• Translating complex ideas into understandable concepts.
• Managing shifting priorities.
• Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methods.
• Building and leading successful teams.
• Supporting early product definition.
• Driving end-to-end product design.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with User Experience design.
• Experience designing for cross channel experiences (preferred).
• Experience working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes (preferred).
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and/or Figma (preferred).
• Experience managing a cross-functional team (preferred).
