Job Description

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their global talent acquisition team. The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full life-cycle recruiting process for technical roles within the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting world-class talent and building trusted relationships with hiring managers. They should also be able to facilitate a high-touch candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define priorities and collaborate on recruiting strategy.
  • Leverage all possible candidate sourcing channels to drive a large volume of qualified talent.
  • Act as a thought leader in the Portuguese market, driving strategy across the country.
  • Become an expert in assessing and evaluating tech talent.
  • Work with various sources of data to analyze and present trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Regularly over-communicate information to internal stakeholders.
  • Become a recognized figure in the tech community by attending local and national events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for technical roles in software companies.
  • 2+ years experience working in an internal recruitment environment.
  • A depth of knowledge across various technical roles.
  • Significant experience using recruiting, candidate, and market data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting/closing highly sought-after passive talent.
  • Experience working with various applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies across local or international markets.
