The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host for their Madrid location. This role involves operating in all front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The Community Host will provide a flawless welcome, offer excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engage in conversations to make stays unforgettable. They will also be knowledgeable about the hotel's products and services, cross-selling them to guests.

• Welcoming guests and assisting them at self-check-in kiosks.
• Preparing and serving local dishes and beverages.
• Providing concierge services, answering guest questions about the city.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests related to hotel facilities.

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle responsibility and manage stressful periods.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• European citizenship or legal permission to work in Spain.
