The Social Hub is seeking a Hotel Receptionist for their Glasgow location. The Social Hub is opening its first location in the United Kingdom and is looking for someone to help establish TSH in the heart of the Glaswegian community. The ideal candidate will operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible experience. They will provide a flawless welcome, offer excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engage in conversations to make stays unforgettable. The Hotel Receptionist will be at the forefront of guest interaction, knowledgeable about all products, and skilled in cross-selling.

• Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival
• Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks
• Preparing and serving local dishes and drinks
• Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas
• Assisting guests with requests related to facilities

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
• Ability to handle responsibility and manage stressful periods
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Hardworking, responsible, and proactive mentality
• European citizen or legally allowed to work in The Netherlands
