Job Description

Myers-Holum is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead client engagements within the NSAW Practice. This role involves strategic design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data solutions, aligning with clients' business goals. The Enterprise Architect will develop and promote the architectural vision for data integration, BI, and analytics solutions across various business functions and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions.
  • Develop data governance frameworks and data models.
  • Architect end-to-end data pipelines and integration frameworks.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Oversee the deployment and adoption of key enterprise data initiatives.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on data security and performance optimization.
  • Lead technical workshops and training sessions with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, BI, and integration architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure).
  • Proficiency in at least one data integration tool (e.g., Fivetran, Talend, Glue).
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
  • Expertise in BI platforms such as Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite ERP.
  • Hands-on experience designing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience implementing data governance and security frameworks.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
