Vultr is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join their team in West Palm Beach. Vultr is on a mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure easy to use, affordable, and locally accessible for enterprises and AI innovators around the world. The People Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the People Operations function, including maintaining employee records, onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and Talent Acquisition support. What this role involves: - Coordinating onboarding processes for new team members.
- Assisting with Forms I-9 and maintaining I-9 files.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems.
- Supporting the payroll process.
- Assisting in organizing employee engagement and Wellness activities.
- Assisting with reference checks and offering administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Providing information on benefits and standard policies to all Vultr team members.
- Providing general support to the People Operations team, as needed.
Requirements: - At least one year experience in a Human Resources / People Operations role (ideal) or administrative position (inclusive of Internships).
- Ideally, an interest in HR as a career, eager to learn and grow within the field.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, G Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets.
