Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, focusing on the Nordics region. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and native Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.Remote is a company that helps modern organizations navigate global employment compliantly with ease.   • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English AND native Swedish/ Norwegian/ Finnish/ Danish.
