Senior Manager – Engineering Operations

Poppulo is seeking a Senior Manager for Engineering Operations to enhance the operational effectiveness of its Product & Technology organization. This role involves ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence across the operating model by developing and scaling best practices, defining and tracking key metrics, and managing execution rhythms across teams. The position requires providing visibility and coordination across Design, AI, Analytics, Product Management, Engineering, QA, and DevOps.

Role involves:

• Leading the planning and execution of operational cadences.
• Standardizing tools and workflows for effective tracking of initiatives.
• Identifying bottlenecks in delivery and decision-making.
• Defining and maintaining a consistent operational playbook.
• Designing and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Supporting annual and quarterly headcount planning and budgeting.
• Managing cross-functional programs.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in technology operations, business operations, or technical program management.
• Direct experience working within a product or engineering organization in a SaaS or software business.
• Strong background in Product and Technology best practices and metrics.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience driving metrics-based improvement programs.
• Background in Agile delivery models, software development lifecycles, or product management.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, JellyFish or similar.
