This remote role involves partnering with customers to ensure ongoing value and success with GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps Platform. The Renewals Manager will collaborate with sales, channel partners, customer success, and sales operations teams to build lasting relationships and manage subscription renewals. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive the renewal process to support ARR growth.
  • Analyze license usage and manage true-up processes.
  • Partner with customers to understand goals and create tailored renewal solutions.
  • Support the renewals team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage renewal timelines effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop data-driven renewal strategies.
  • Guide customers through documentation.
  • Identify challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • Support enterprise-level customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Background in customer-facing roles.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales environments.
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
