Associate Solutions Architect

Job Description

Arkose Labs, recognized as a leader in bot detection and mitigation, is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to join their Customer Success organization. This role is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Associate Solutions Architect will be responsible for driving the onboarding and adoption of Arkose Labs' security solutions within the customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and understand their business requirements.

The role involves:

• Leading the design and implementation of styling customizations (CSS/HTML) to match customer UX/UI requirements.
• Owning the technical delivery lifecycle of Arkose Labs’ security solutions.
• Continuously improving internal methodologies, toolkits, and implementation processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Producing design artifacts and documentation required by engineering.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience converting design mockups (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin) into functional interfaces.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of solving technical challenges and delivering full end-to-end implementations.
