Associate User Experience Architect

Job Description

Arkose Labs, recognized as a leader in bot detection and mitigation, is seeking an Associate User Experience Architect to join their Customer Success team. This role is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. The User Experience Architect will be responsible for driving the onboarding and adoption of Arkose security solutions within the customer base, focusing on creating a frictionless and enjoyable user interface for authentic human users.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills, enabling them to implement changes while effectively collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that Arkose Labs' security solutions are seamlessly integrated and provide an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of styling customizations (CSS/HTML) to match customer UX/UI requirements.
• Owning the technical delivery lifecycle of Arkose Labs’ security solutions.
• Continuously improving internal methodologies, toolkits, and implementation processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Producing design artifacts and documentation for seamless and accessible user interfaces.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5, with a strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience converting design mockups (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin) into functional interfaces.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of solving technical challenges and delivering full end-to-end implementations.
