Arkose Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own strategic relationships with top customers. The ideal candidate will drive adoption, retention, and growth by delivering technical guidance and business value. This role involves leading discovery conversations, guiding solution implementation, and acting as a trusted advisor. The Senior Technical Account Manager will balance deep technical understanding with strong executive presence, aligning customer goals with Arkose Labs' solutions while managing expectations and influencing outcomes.
Responsibilities include: - Serving as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Leading technical discovery and intake calls independently.
- Guiding customers through implementation, optimization, and best practices.
- Managing executive relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment with customer goals and proactively mitigating churn risk.
- Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.
- Delivering insights and communicating value through reporting and consultation.
- Leveraging industry knowledge to tailor guidance to customer needs.
Requirements include: - 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks.
- Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
- Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a plus.
