Job Description
Project A is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team in Berlin. The Senior Product Manager will be at the center of Project A's mission, developing products that solve real problems and create real value. They will work with cutting-edge technology and customer-oriented solutions to actively shape the growth of their clients.
Role involves:
- Working across industries with companies in various stages of development, from B2B to B2C.
- Identifying and activating new product levers by building new products (0-to-1).
- Developing product strategies or optimizing existing products through CRO initiatives and practical implementation.
- Conducting product analyses, developing strategic recommendations, and working closely with C-level stakeholders to define and implement product strategies.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, and Marketing) both on the client side and internally at Project A to ensure aligned and effective implementation.
- Using data and analytics for informed decision-making, monitoring key KPIs, and continuously promoting growth and optimization.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product management with a successful track record in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with sound experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong leadership and team skills: A real team player who inspires others through collaboration and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture.
- High self-motivation and performance standards.
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
- Bonus: Technical background or a strong sense for UX/UI.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
