Job Description
Lantern is seeking a Brand Director to lead the company's brand marketing strategy. This role involves connecting employer brand, awareness, perception, engagement, and voice. The Brand Director will work across content, creative, growth marketing, PR, product marketing, and commercial teams to ensure brand investments are aligned and optimized. Lantern is building the most trusted brand in specialty care.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the strategy for Lantern’s brand marketing pillars.
  • Leading integrated brand campaigns across channels.
  • Defining and managing brand KPIs.
  • Leading key brand projects end-to-end.
  • Championing emerging technologies.

Requirements include:
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2B healthcare.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brand programs.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with fluency in brand measurement techniques and tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern brand platforms and content strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling and strategic writing skills.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools.
