Digital / BIM Lead, EMEA

Yondr is seeking a Digital / BIM Lead for the EMEA region. This role is within the D&C design management team and focuses on developing the business in Digital & BIM delivery. The Digital / BIM Lead will work closely with the D&C Design Management and SLT team to provide leadership & implementation of digital solutions through all phases of projects. The goal is to make product to market repeatable, dependable, and predictable.

The increasing use of AI and digital technologies & data drives Yondr to look toward integrating these into its approach through all parts of its business and in all phases of its projects as Developer and Operator. The role is both strategic as well as hands-on, supporting current projects & activities through the Digital & BIM processes that are currently in place.

Roles involve:

• Setting and controlling BIM and Digital strategies for D&C projects.
• Ensuring BIM and Digital deliverables align with Yondr Global requirements.
• Creating ways to bring data from projects into dashboards for better reporting and risk management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support digital development and growth.
• Supporting current projects with BIM & Digital processes.
• Analysing data to enable better-informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience with Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, and Solibri Model Checker.
• Knowledge of Synchro Pro or similar timeline BIM tools.
• Understanding of AR technology and Scanning/point-cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with VR Enscape VR Twinmotion Reality Capture.
• Ability to use Power BI and Power Apps.
• Conversant with Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft standard suite.
• Experience with BIM Clash reporting/tools like BIM Collab / Revizto.
• Full understanding of Project CDEs and EDMS.
