Glance, an InMobi Group company, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves growing existing client relationships and generating new business through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
Responsibilities: - Deeply understand customer behavior and develop new customer insights.
- Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, and identify business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and prioritize opportunities based on size and internal capabilities.
- Understand online and offline competitors.
- Influence leadership by converting strategies into action and driving necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors/resellers.
- Manage terms of business with dropshippers, including products, returns, and ordering.
- Ensure a high share of mind from vendors and build deep ties.
- Collaborate with vendors/resellers to drive disruptive changes.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the market and reseller ecosystem.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of competition and vendors/resellers.
- Develop and implement industry best practices.
- Work with teams to onboard the best possible selection of dropshippers.
- Own cost improvement and overall portfolio management.
- Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts.
- Develop and manage a fulfillment strategy with suppliers.
