Glance, an InMobi Group company, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves growing existing client relationships and generating new business through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand customer behavior and develop new customer insights.
  • Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, and identify business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and prioritize opportunities based on size and internal capabilities.
  • Understand online and offline competitors.
  • Influence leadership by converting strategies into action and driving necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors/resellers.
  • Manage terms of business with dropshippers, including products, returns, and ordering.
  • Ensure a high share of mind from vendors and build deep ties.
  • Collaborate with vendors/resellers to drive disruptive changes.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the market and reseller ecosystem.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competition and vendors/resellers.
  • Develop and implement industry best practices.
  • Work with teams to onboard the best possible selection of dropshippers.
  • Own cost improvement and overall portfolio management.
  • Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts.
  • Develop and manage a fulfillment strategy with suppliers.
