Job Description

XP Inc. is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead the experience strategy for fixed income and direct treasury products. This role involves directing the design team, ensuring quality and consistency in design processes, and transforming strategic visions into validated products. The Product Design Manager will also be responsible for governance and communication of design advancements to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary design team.
• Guide designers' careers through evaluations and development plans.
• Influence product decisions and help designers achieve business objectives.
• Lead the designer journey, including hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Ensure the quality of design deliverables and the execution of best practices.
• Orient decisions towards company results, aligning business levers and customer needs.
• Lead various work fronts, connecting designers with leadership across different competencies.
• Contribute to the dissemination and promotion of the design culture.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and prioritization.

Requirements:

• Experience in people management.
• Experience in data-driven process management.
• Knowledge of processes and management.
• Strong knowledge of Design Systems.
• Technical knowledge of the Product Design process.
• Previous experience in the financial or banking market.
• Experience in digital product projects focusing on business results.
• Knowledge of design specialties in Digital Product management.
• Experience in group facilitation and team building.
• Proficiency in resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and empathy skills.
