The Senior WFM Consultant will be responsible for leading teams and working on Field Services projects, focusing on transforming the customer journey and managing field workforce teams. This is a CLT position, 100% onsite in Rio de Janeiro.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Working on Field Services projects.
• Focusing on transforming the customer journey.
• Managing field workforce teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 5 years in implementing Field Services projects.
• Experience with process transformation and customer journey related to field operations.
• Experience with Oracle Field Services (TOA WFM) is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Energy and/or Telecommunications (Telco) sector is desirable.
