Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a skilled Facharbeiter Produktion (m/w/d) to join their team in Richen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. GROPYUS is committed to creating sustainable and affordable buildings through modular construction, setting a new standard for smart living. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production of sustainable buildings, ensuring a smooth production process.

The role involves:

• Contributing to a highly automated production facility
• Assembling components according to technical drawings
• Loading and monitoring the production facility
• Maintaining, cleaning, and caring for the facility in coordination with the maintenance department
• Documenting activities in the digital production management system
• Actively participating in continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., wood processing mechanic, carpenter, machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, or similar)
• Initial professional experience in series production
• Strong technical understanding and a high level of quality awareness
• Proficient computer skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Teamwork and commitment
• Good German language skills (independent language use)
