Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking a Werkscontroller (w/m/d) to join their team. This role is crucial for reporting, contributing to performance planning, and analyzing the Richen plant's operations. The position offers flexible working hours and requires the individual to be in the Richen office once a week and in Berlin once a month. This arrangement promotes a healthy work-life balance and encourages team interaction.
What this role involves:
- Creating monthly management reports, including cost center and budget variances.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses for plant and production managers.
- Participating in strategic and annual planning processes.
- Ensuring accurate accounting for performance analysis.
- Maintaining inventory control to prevent shortages and surpluses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with SAP modules CO/FI/MM/SD.
- Structured and process-oriented working style.
- Fluent in German and at least B1 level in English.
