Job Description
Marqeta is seeking a Sr Manager, Sales Strategy & Insights to build and execute the strategy of a best-in-class sales organization. This role involves crafting compelling sales narratives, developing vertical thought leadership, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail. Marqeta is a Flex First company.
Role involves:
  • Crafting compelling sales narratives and presentations.
  • Driving industry and vertical thought leadership at scale.
  • Uncovering insights that inspire customer action.
  • Supporting the attainment of quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborating with partner teams to bring the best of Marqeta to customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and follow through on execution.
  • Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity.
  • Self-starter who is able to operate independently.
