CAR-T Operations People Manager

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking an Operations People Manager to coordinate daily cleanroom and production support operations at their Belgian manufacturing site. The Operations People Manager will guide multidisciplinary teams through the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring safety, compliance with cGMP standards, and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.Role involves:

• Inspiring cleanroom and support teams.
• Ensuring safe, smooth, and compliant manufacturing.
• Championing quality and compliance.
• Collaborating with QA, MS&T, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Bio-Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a cGMP or ATMP biotech/pharma environment.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or project coordination experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of cGMP and cleanroom practices.
• Flexible to support shifts and occasional overtime.
