Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role at ConnectWise supports the sales team by generating new business opportunities. This involves qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage potential partners. The role works closely with the sales team, initiating the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the sales team with high attention to detail.
  • Making outbound calls to cultivate business (50+ calls per day).
  • Using industry insights and ConnectWise value propositions to generate business leads via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Uncovering business needs through a consultative approach.
  • Driving sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
  • Identifying the appropriate opportunity for the correct solution.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager.
  • Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets.
  • Exceptional positioning and qualification skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field.
