Job Description

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Software Consulting Specialist to focus on their BMS products. This role involves evaluating client needs, assisting with software implementation, and providing training on ConnectWise solutions. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive the necessary support and will manage project implementation, timelines, and client communication.

• Coordinates project implementation for BMS products
• Assists and trains clients on ConnectWise solutions
• Manages project timelines and client communication
• Monitors project implementation plans
• Conducts kick-off meetings with new clients
• Maintains key performance indicators
• Assists with coaching colleagues

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
