Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Responsable de Secteur to strengthen its operational teams in Hauts-de-Seine. This role involves developing and managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of home care assistants, creating and managing a network of referrers, and ensuring the quality of Ouihelp's services. The ideal candidate will possess experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate effectively between beneficiaries, their family caregivers, and home care providers.Responsibilities include:
- Managing home care requests, assessing needs, and developing care plans.
- Matching caregivers to beneficiaries based on their needs and situations.
- Managing caregiver schedules.
- Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Providing accurate reporting to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal care services.
- Bac +2 diploma in social, medical-social, or personal services.
- Strong listening and customer service skills.
- High autonomy, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Aptitude for fieldwork and operational tasks.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
