Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join their fast-growing team in Düsseldorf. This role involves being the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, providing daily operational and trade-related support. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer-centric skills, operational knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.Ebury is looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and committed to exceeding client expectations. The candidate will act as an ambassador for Ebury's products and services, identifying opportunities to further develop key client relationships.Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of 300 clients who trade online via the EBO platform.
  • Understanding clients' business activities, core business, and foreign exchange needs.
  • Ensuring Ebury is the client's primary platform for trading and international payments.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
  • Sales skills/experience and knowledge of foreign exchange are a plus.
