Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to join their Commercial Conditions Experience team. This role is based in Portugal and offers remote work flexibility. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of multi-platform web and responsive mobile interfaces and systems. They will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of backend and frontend developers.
The role involves:
- Leading the design system for web and mobile interfaces.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of developers.
- Troubleshooting platform issues and identifying improvements.
- Establishing best practices for frontend development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Defining and implementing the frontend architecture.
- Designing and developing a robust multiplatform application.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with a focus on frontend.
- In-depth knowledge of React and experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Flux state control (e.g., Redux / Rematch).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS and GCP).
- Advanced English skills.
