Job Description

VTEX, a global leader in enterprise digital commerce, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to join their dynamic team in Mexico City. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, events, and lead generation within a fast-paced tech environment. The intern will support the marketing team's efforts to create business opportunities for the sales team through various strategic marketing channels.

What the role involves:

  • Cold Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Sales Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Event Support (as needed)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and events, with a curiosity to learn about tech and commerce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, persuasive and engaging.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection or cold outreach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to use CRM and automation tools (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus).
  • Native Spanish speaker. English proficiency is required
