Job Description
Strider Technologies is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations and a passion for optimizing performance and driving marketing and sales alignment.This role involves:
- Managing HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform.
- Developing and managing audience segmentation strategies.
- Maintaining seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Owning the marketing technology stack.
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Delivering regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements include:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing marketing KPIs and reporting.
- Experience managing marketing tech stacks.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
