Job Description
Strider Technologies is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations and a passion for optimizing performance and driving marketing and sales alignment.This role involves:
  • Managing HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform.
  • Developing and managing audience segmentation strategies.
  • Maintaining seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Owning the marketing technology stack.
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Delivering regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements include:
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Experience managing marketing tech stacks.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
