commercetools is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and enhance their leadership team. The VP of Engineering will report to the CTO and play a pivotal role in driving technical innovation, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuously delivering composable commerce that exceeds customer expectations. This role requires a leader with a mindset that "tech is a people business," emphasizing reliability and a world-class developer experience.Role Involves:

• Ensuring product development strategy includes a strong focus on infrastructure and developer experience.
• Driving people and team topology planning.
• Owning the related budget.

• Championing a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Establishing a data-informed decision culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in SaaS B2B product development.
