Responsibilities: - Project management of global Learning & Development initiatives.
- Conducting quantitative analysis and research for program planning and improvement.
- Executing effective communication and promotion strategies.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in HR or organizational development, or at a consulting firm.
- Strong project management skills, including coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- High communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to identify issues and execute solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration.
- Interest in the growth of people and organizations, with a desire for continuous self-improvement.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and innovative initiatives.
