Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Talent Enablement & Development team in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate organizational and talent growth within a diverse and stimulating environment. The HR Generalist will be involved in designing and supporting employee growth through learning experiences and talent management.Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, technology, and play to join their growing global team.Responsibilities:

• Project management of global Learning & Development initiatives.
• Conducting quantitative analysis and research for program planning and improvement.
• Executing effective communication and promotion strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR or organizational development, or at a consulting firm.
• Strong project management skills, including coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• High communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to identify issues and execute solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Interest in the growth of people and organizations, with a desire for continuous self-improvement.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and innovative initiatives.
