Senior Brand Controller (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Senior Brand Controller to drive the financial success of ESN or More Nutrition. The Brand Controller will partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver financial decision support, enabling the achievement of short- and long-term goals across revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. The role ensures financial accountability, data-driven decision-making, and efficient processes, acting as a key strategic partner across functions.

Role involves:

• Driving financial planning and performance tracking aligned with the Brand’s annual and long-term strategies.
• Owning the end-to-end P&L responsibility, leading performance reviews, explaining variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Overseeing the planning cycle including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Tracking and analyzing D2C metrics, linking them to financial performance and supporting pricing and promotional effectiveness.
• Steering marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking.
• Evaluating product portfolio strategies and analyzing gross margins.
• Providing financial input into S&OP processes.
• Partnering with the B2B Controller on customer profitability and trade term negotiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong business acumen and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, and decision analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools such as SAP and Power BI.
• Strategic thinking with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
