Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join their People team in Madrid. This role offers a learning experience with opportunities to participate in projects that contribute to the company's growth. The Talent Acquisition Trainee will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new talent, as well as promoting the employer brand.

The role involves:

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying talent through various channels.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Leading the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at events and university talks.

Cabify is looking for someone with:

  • Ability to sign an agreement with an Educational Institution (6 months)
  • Alignment with Cabify's principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • B2 level of English.
