Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their Asia Wealth team in Singapore. This role will support the growth and expansion of relationships with clients and partners in the region. The Associate will translate business goals into actionable plans, track leads, and ensure flawless execution of internal and external initiatives.Bridgewater Associates is a premier asset management firm focused on delivering unique insight and partnership for the most sophisticated global institutional investors.

• Deliver superior service to clients and partners
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans
• Design and execute seamless workflows
• Synthesize understanding into crisp, actionable briefs for stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations for team and key stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in business development or client-facing role in the asset management industry
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Ability to read and converse in Mandarin is preferred
