Tide is seeking a Sales Onboarding Team Lead to manage a high-performing team focused on converting French-speaking SME leads into active members. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding journey, drive sales performance, improve processes, and foster a member-first culture. This role is based in Bulgaria and requires a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Onboarding Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading the team by example, making calls, and working towards revenue targets.
- Setting and managing ambitious KPIs aligned with company OKRs.
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Reviewing calls and coaching team members to ensure high-quality interactions.
- Driving innovation and improvement in team performance and processes.
- Establishing processes, building dashboards, and organizing team operations.
- Resolving crises and adapting to shifting business needs.
- Collaborating with product, KYC, marketing, and compliance teams.
Requirements for this role include:
- Thriving in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and spoken French at a C1/C2 level.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or front-line service.
- Previous experience leading a team and managing KPIs.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-moving company.
- Organized, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
- Data-driven and process-oriented.
- Effective communicator.
- Ability to lead change and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
