Backbase is seeking a VP of Engineering to represent their Engagement Banking Platform. This role involves shaping the product and engineering vision, driving technical excellence, and aligning the platform with customer needs. The VP of Engineering will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and execution in their region, working closely with product and global R&D leadership. Role involves:

- Ability to set and execute a long-term technical and product roadmap.
