Hightouch is seeking a Technical Architect for the MENA region. This is a remote role where the individual will serve as a crucial link between Hightouch and its major clients. They will be in charge of the entire customer experience, from beginning to onboarding to ongoing customer success and, ultimately, increased adoption. The ideal candidate will be a product expert who uses their knowledge to ensure that Enterprise customers understand and use the Hightouch platform to its full potential and beyond. They will strive to understand customer requirements and issues and guide the customer to their ideal future state while also guiding the innovation of the Hightouch platform.
What This Role Involves: - Managing and expanding relationships with Enterprise customers.
- Collaborating with Sales to increase Hightouch adoption.
- Delivering timely customer onboarding through project management.
- Ensuring customers realize the full value of Hightouch products.
- Advising on technical best practices.
- Providing proactive technical guidance and expertise.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical escalations.
- Contributing to product improvement by surfacing use cases and problems.
Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
- Experience managing technical projects with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate unexpected roadblocks.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
