Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, is seeking an Operations Associate to support its order processing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the correct products are delivered to customers. The Operations Associate will report to an Operations Manager and manage unique orders daily, addressing logistical challenges and making decisions autonomously. This position offers significant impact, influencing the coordination of million-dollar campaigns, cost reduction, and expedited order delivery.Responsibilities include:

• Processing orders promptly.
• Navigating logistical challenges.
• Coordinating timelines with stakeholders.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks.
• Ordering blank garments for orders less than $2000.

Requirements include:

• 1-5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines.
• Decision-making skills without supervision.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
