Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, is seeking an Operations Associate to support its order processing team. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct products are delivered to customers. This role involves managing a unique set of orders daily, addressing logistical challenges, and making decisions autonomously.Responsibilities include:

• Processing assigned orders promptly.
• Navigating logistical challenges to find optimal solutions.
• Coordinating order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks such as data collection and report creation.
• Ordering blank garments for orders less than $2000.

Requirements include:

• 1-5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
