Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Operations Business Process Analyst to support its subscription services. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, providing operational support to sales teams, and driving optimization of subscription-related workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to implement automation opportunities and use analytics to deliver actionable insights.

Role involves:
  • Leading key strategic initiatives related to subscription and consumption models.
  • Providing operational support to Sales VPs and field sales teams.
  • Managing business cadences for Subscription Sales.
  • Owning and evolving subscription renewal processes.
  • Driving optimization of subscription-related workflows.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and IT teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining roadmaps for process improvements.
  • Partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to implement operational enhancements.
  • Using analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, tools, and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Experience supporting sales leadership with operational planning and analytics.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with persistence and teamwork.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
